This all-levels class focuses on longer held stretches and simple inversions in order to let the body settle into spinal decompression. These poses are meant to relax the muscles and bring focus to the connective tissue building resilience and a greater range of motion. Our more mindful process will give you time to explore the silks and how they connect to your unique body. Build confidence and explore the yummy assists your hammock will provide.

AERIAL YOGA ALL LEVELS SATURDAYS 10:30am - 11:30am
Would you like to feel like you are flying? Through the use of hammocks, this style uses the gravitational pull and 16-foot long silks hung from the ceiling used to suspend participants in the air. The practice is great for the joints and decompression of the spine as a result of its unique airborne qualities. Aerial Yoga releases endorphins, cultivates balance and flexibility, and imparts a deep sense of confidence and joy.
